This illustration was created for a word-of-mouth campaign sent to all subscribers of XMission Internet. Reverse side text:
Don't keep it to yourself. Pass it on! Call XMission to sign up a friend for DSL or dialup service and get a credit for one free month on your account! Some things were meant to be spread around.
The idea was to create an image that would stand out among the junk mail people receive. The flu was moving through the office at the time and I thought "Word-of-mouth should move this quickly."

The idea being that we're here to help those clients that aren't necessarily networking or computer engineers. The magazine's demographic was business decision-makers, many of whom aren't technically savvy.

Ear-rational.com commissioned me to create a logo and t-shirt design. I used a General Electric SHOW'N TELL record player and slide viewer to represent the idea of music with a visual element. Moreover, a record player with a screen representing CDs and a computer screen.
